I’m obsessed with this camera! I got it as a gift for my 21st birthday, and I have so much fun with it. It’s basically today’s version of yesterday’s Polaroid camera. An instant, tangible picture in an age full of photos that never leave your digital camera? Yes please. Plus, their vintage look adds such a cool touch. I could go on and on. Dunkin Donuts Coffee

This past summer while I was on the “Wherever You Are” tour, some fans gave me gift cards to Dunkin Donuts. They know the way to my heart . We don’t have the beloved chain out here in LA, so I decided to treat myself to a huge bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee for me to brew at home this past week. Although it’s been tough to nail down the perfect coffee to water ratio to achieve that original DD taste, I’m getting closer and closer. So, here’s to you! All you non-coffee-snob-dunkin-donuts-coffee drinkers! You truly get me.

Extremely Loud, Incredibly Close

Have you guys seen this? I just saw it yesterday, and absolutely loved it. Not only did I think the film as a whole was great, but I’m always amazed at good kid actors. Thomas Horn, who plays the lead character, is fantastic. And this was his first acting gig, ever! Unreal. At least I thought so. I want to hear your thoughts!

Pick of the Week: The Civil Wars

I’ve been a fan of Joy Williams for a while, so when I heard she was starting a new project, I couldn’t wait to check it out. She partnered together with a very talented artist named John Paul White, and The Civil Wars was born. With their flawless harmonies and haunting melodies, it’s hard to not fall in love with this duo. I just got to see them live at their sold out show at The Wiltern recently, and I’m convinced they can’t hit a bad note. Even cooler is the fact that they are unsigned. Oh and just nominated for two grammys. Whatever. NO BIG DEAL..!!!! Check them out HERE on itunes. And help me in my search to find ONE thing wrong with this band.
